
Load in starts at 8am. Load out after awards
This will be a public tasting event. Teams will be able to hand out samples to guests that have a wrist band.
Teams must have crawfish ready to go by 12 PM for guest tastings.
Teams are not allowed to directly sell any crawfish or gumbo to guests.
Tasting vessels for the crawfish and gumbo will be provided to all teams.
Teams must follow all health code rules including using gloves or a utensil to serve to the guests.
Please do not dump water on the parking lot when finished, there will be a dedicated place to dispose of your water.
Please clean up after yourself
Trash disposal is located on site
