Cook Team Info

  • Load in starts at 8am. Load out after awards

  • This will be a public tasting event. Teams will be able to hand out samples to guests that have a wrist band.

  • Teams must have crawfish ready to go by 12 PM for guest tastings.

  • Teams are not allowed to directly sell any crawfish or gumbo to guests.

  • Tasting vessels for the crawfish and gumbo will be provided to all teams.

  • Teams must follow all health code rules including using gloves or a utensil to serve to the guests.

  • Please do not dump water on the parking lot when finished, there will be a dedicated place to dispose of your water.

  • Please clean up after yourself

  • Trash disposal is located on site
